Welfare Rights
Citizens Advice Rutland advises on all aspects of benefit and tax credit entitlement and helps you with your application.
This covers any of the 82 different benefits and tax credits from Pension Credit to disability benefits such as Personal Independent Payment or Attendance Allowance.
If you have applied for benefits but been refused or if you have received an overpayment of benefits, we can advise you on your grounds for appeal and help you prepare for the appeal hearing.
Many people worry about money as they get older but statistically people over 65 are the least likely to claim the benefits they are entitled to. We can offer a full benefit check either over the telephone.
